Run steps 1-3 to reverse methadone out of lines, flush clean water through rotor, and prime for wet overnight storage.

EOD Cleaning Routine

🛠️ PUMP PHYSICAL CHECKLIST: 1. Power: Switch on back of SciLog pump is ON. 2. Display: Front panel set to REMOTE / EXT (not LOCAL). 3. Speed: Flow rate knob is not turned to 0.

Step 1: Drain Methadone

Pumps residual methadone out of the tubing back into the source container.

Step 2: Water Rinse Flush

Flushes 100 mL of clean distilled water through the peristaltic rotor lines.

Step 3: Storage Wet Prime

Fills tubing lines with clean storage water so rotor tubing remains wet overnight.
